3 things...

I've had 3 awesomes arrive in the mail this past week.

1. Free cards!
For reals free.
I didn't even pay for shipping.
Nor did I give them any credit card info.

Over 100 Thanksgiving/thank-you cards!

No, thank YOU tinyprints.com.
And Springs Bargains where I found out about this sweet deal!

2. Free Norwex cloth!

My friend, Kelly, posted a giveaway on her blog.
I won!
I had a Norwex cloth before, but now I have one designated for the bathroom and one for the kitchen.
I quickly put it to work on the kitchen sink.

Here's the thing,
I've been bathing Alice in the kitchen sink lately.
(It's SO much easier.)
I want that sink clean since her naked butt goes in there.
But, I don't want to use chemical cleaners since her naked butt goes in there.
What's a girl to do?
Norwex cloth!

I'm a believer.
If you want one, you can contact Kelly through her blog,
Thank you, Kelly!

3. Free necklace!

One of my new favorite blogs is Gypsy Jules.
And not only because I won this super cute necklace from her. :)
She posts lots of great deals, free samples, giveaways, etc.
Check her out on Facebook, too.

Okay, that's it and that's all.
Oh, and in case you're wondering, no one asked me to write this.
Just thought I'd pass along the info in the event you're interested.

I love when she smiles and her tongue sticks out just a tiny bit.

Oh, and I haven't forgotten about the 8 month old post.
It's coming...one day.

We spent Thanksgiving in TN this year.
We had a great trip!
However, I was a picture taking failure.
I came home without pictures of many of my family members.

Anyway, here's what I've got:

-My mama and me

-Family picture

-Uncle Ben and Lily

-The best of a bajillion pictures taken of the Jensen 7

-A chick magnet

-My big sister and me...Paul doesn't look impressed. :)

-All the girl cousins (and Ben)

-War Eagle!

-Chatting with Granny

-Thanksgiving cooking scene

We are so thankful.
What a blessed year it has been!

10 on 10

Take a photo every hour for ten consecutive hours on the tenth of each month. Document a day of your life and find beauty among the ordinary moments.

I won't pretend I did the while once an hour thing.

Just didn't happen today.
However, I did find beauty among the ordinary moments.

Here you go...

Tiny tongue.

Pikes Peak.
-Taken from our front yard.

-Mr. Coffee, I love you.

Craigslist. $5.
-The walker, not the baby.

-It was finally cold enough to sport my new headband.

-We have a leaky faucet.
Our plants have never been happier.

-Thanks, Alice.

-Do you see her little milk drool?

Alice was dedicated at church this morning.
It was such a special day!

I know I've said it a million times, but it's worth being said a million times.
We are so blessed.

How awesome is this bonnet?
Alice is wearing the gown made from my wedding dress.
(Story here.)

Alice's buddy, Hudson, was also dedicated.
These two are going to be great friends.
I mean, look how patient he already is with her! :)

My friend, Dena, made this super cute tutu for Alice before she was born.

Dena is the only person I can say,
"Remember that time we shared a bed in Mexico?
And that night we snuck off to have a margarita?
And when we got parasites and were sick as dogs for a few days?" to.
(We were on a mission trip with a bunch of high schoolers.)

I love it!

Here's her blog, if you'd like one, too:

Raise your hand if you like supporting stay-at-home moms!
Yeah, me too.

Stuffed Jack

When Jack dies, we're getting this:

Sheds less.

I ate an entire bowl of brussels sprouts for dinner.
Alice "ate" a red pepper.
I revert back to my pre-married eating habits when Ben isn't home.
I drag Alice along with me.

Christmas on the brain.

My friend, Cathy, blogged about these Christmas cards.
What a great way to spread the word about great cards and a great deal.
We've used Shutterfly the past 2 years for our cards:
My plan is to keep with the same style each year and one day make some sort of frame or book with all the cards.
It'll be fun to see how our family changes and grows each year.

I'm thinking this year I may go with one of these:

However, I love these styles, too!

I am a list person through and through. Can you tell?

Bloggers, go here to see the deal!

Spaghetti squash and coffee.
But the squash has maple syrup in it.
That makes it "breakfasty" right?

Really Simply Awesome

I'm one of those people who gets giddy when I see something I own in a magazine.
Makes me feel cool, even if just for a minute.

Such was the case the other day when I was looking through the new Real Simple magazine.
Lo and behold!

That's the exact same color I painted the wall in our living room!

Some people say they like it.

Most of the time people say something like,
Translation: "I hate your wall." or, "This color makes me want to vomit."

Well, Real Simple justified my color choice.
They called it "No-Fail".
So there!

Peacock Blue, I love you.
